- —Proven boat handling and navigational skills with local waterway knowledge
- —Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation
02 · OPEN
Crew
- —Supports the captain and ensures guest safety
- —Boat license and experience captaining small crafts / dinghies
- —Prepare vessel prior to departure; ensure proper food, water, and supplies
- —Docking responsibilities for departures and returns
- —Knowledge of local boating and anchoring locations
- —Manage guest excursions and tender
- —Serving food and drink to guests
- —Hospitality experience a plus
03 · OPEN
Director — Guest Services
- —Coordinates yacht experiences and other requests for members and guests
- —Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner
- —Understands and knows all essential aspects of the yachts and operations
- —Maintains a basic knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and areas of interest
- —Supports vendors as needed and provides consistent communication
- —Supports the marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks
- —Maintains inventory and stock of required and frequently requested supplies
- —Facilitates pre-arrival support and correspondence with guests
