  • Maintenance, engineering and technical / troubleshooting experience.

  • Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation.

  • Part-time and full-time roles available.

  • Supports the captain and ensures guest safety.

  • Boat license and experience captaining small crafts / dinghies.

  • Prepare vessel prior to departure and ensure proper food, water, and supplies.

  • Docking responsibilities for departures and returns.

  • Knowledge of local boating and anchoring locations.

  • Manage guest excursions and tender.

  • Maitenance and cleaning of machinery.

  • Using various ropes, knots and radio and navigational equipment.

  • Assist during emergencies and usage of safety equipment.

  • Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning interior/exterior and refueling.

  • Preparing cabins for crew and guest.

  • Serving food and drink to guests.

  • Hospitality experience a plus.

Director - Guest Services

  • Coordinates yacht experiences and other requests for members and guests.

  • Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.

  • Understands and knows all essential aspects of the yachts and operations.

  • Maintains a basic knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and other areas of interest.

  • Possesses a positive, professional, and customer orientated demeanor.

  • Supports vendors as needed and provides consistent communication.

  • Supports the marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks.

  • Maintains inventory and stock of required and frequently requested supplies.

  • Provides pre-arrival support for all guests.

  • Facilitates correspondence with guests.
